Using the online appointment system allows you to find your own appointment without having to wait for a call-back from Barbara.  The system will send you 2 emails - one when you make your appointment and one 48 hours in advance of that appointment.  This allows you to cancel an appointment more than 24 hours in advance and saves you from being charged for missed appointments. 

Please be aware that cancellations less than 24 hours must be made by email (electrologyworks @ gmail.com - remove spaces) or by phone 785.266.0982 or by text 785.554.5590 as the system does not allow late cancellations by the client.  There is no charge for late cancellations in the event of illness, real emergencies or inclement weather.
